Partners in Expanding Health Quality and Access (“Partners”) has developed and led the ExpandNet program (“the Program”), a set of activities intended to promote equitable access to high quality health and development interventions by ensuring that the benefits achieved in successful pilot, demonstration and experimental projects are expanded and institutionalized to serve more people, more quickly and more sustainably. As the organization that helps lead the wider ExpandNet Program and its Scale-up Learning Center (SLC), we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment for all learners and ask that you too will make such commitments. These guidelines are meant to ensure a positive experience for all SLC learners.
To participate in the SLC, you must agree to abide by the following community guidelines and terms of this learner agreement throughout your SLC engagement and, for the intellectual property-related terms, permanently.
I further understand that if I violate any of the terms of this Agreement, Partners may terminate this Agreement, and all licenses granted herein shall terminate, and I will cease all reproduction, distribution, display, and creation of derivative works based on the Materials. I recognize that I can terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing all access to and use of the Materials.
Consequences for not upholding these guidelines may include warnings, sanctions, or removal from the SLC platform, as determined by the SLC organizers.
Partners on behalf of its ExpandNet program would like to express its appreciation for your commitment to upholding these principles, which will help ensure a positive and respectful learning environment and that the copyrighted works contained in – and made freely available through the SLC – will be used with the necessary care to ensure their integrity and utility for years to come. Your active engagement and adherence to these principles and agreements contributes to the success of the SLC and to the professional growth of all SLC learners.
