Select Your Learning Track

To begin your learning journey in the Scale-up Learning Center (SLC) you will need to choose a Learning Track. The options are discussed below. Before making your selection, you may wish to review the SLC curriculum in more detail.

Certificate Track

Structured, in-depth learning with certificate

The certificate track is designed for learners who seek a comprehensive understanding of the scaling process and wish to systematically address scaling up across each phase.

This track is right for you if you desire a structured and in-depth learning experience that covers scaling-up concepts, strategies, and best practices. By successfully completing the curriculum, along with learning assessments, you will earn a certificate of completion.

Self-Guided Track

Flexible, modular learning at your own pace

The SLC self-guided track is tailored for learners who wish to explore specific topics of interest at their own pace. Regardless of your level of expertise, you have the freedom to navigate through the SLC and choose the order in which you engage with the content. This enables you to focus on topics most relevant to your learning goals or areas of interest.

Within this track, a wide range of self-paced learning resources, tools, and case studies from the SLC become available to you. You can choose the topics that suit your needs and interests, and you can study at your convenience. You can decide whether or not you want to complete assessments and the full curriculum, with no obligation to meet certification criteria.

Team Track

Collaborative learning and applied practice

The team track is designed for learners seeking to collaboratively navigate the curriculum with their teams. This track is intended for those from the same or partnered organizations, including governmental and non-governmental entities. Whether you are planning for scaling or are currently scaling a particular intervention package, the curriculum can be your guide to learning and systematically planning for and managing scale up.

This track can help to strengthen internal capacity and foster a “scaling up mindset” across your agency. Engaging in a cohort-style learning approach allows for productive group discussions and planning sessions, within the online platform and through face-to-face exchanges.

For a limited group of users, a Mentor track is available for learners to engage in a more in-depth curriculum accompanied by coaching from ExpandNet members. If you are interested in pursuing this track, please contact the ExpandNet Secretariat at Secretariat@expandnet.net.
